What’s the standard return policy by Sewell? We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your unworn, unwashed, not-installed or defective merchandise for a refund. We allow refunds up to 30 days from the receipt date of your order, excluding special order products. We may charge a fee should we accept a return beyond the 30 day time period.
What’s the return policy on special order products? Special order products such as keys, custom painted items and/or discontinued items cannot be returned for any reason.
How do I return a part from my order? Please contact Sewell customer service at 877.655.0010. Or, you may refer to our returns page here and forward to our customer service representatives at infinitiparts@sewell.com.
How long does it take to get my credit? From the date of receipt, issuing a credit to the original credit card usually takes 1-3 business days. You will receive a email confirmation for the credit issued.
Can I get an in-store credit? Good question. Technically we do not offer store credits only because we’ve already issued a refund to your credit card. Because of this, we consider this to be a refund followed by a new purchase. If you would like to refer to this as an in-store credit, then you’re welcome to do so. It’s all the same to us.
